What a spirit filled group of challengers at the Track this morning 6 am   darkness surrounded us. We sounded like a herd of stalkers. Wheezing,breathing and trying to just stay focused on the finish line..which kept changing...Mr. Berto with his Bullhorn.."ONE MORE" was his mantra...

We ran,walked and stumbled up the stadium stairs..Fun..Where was the music. You know I can't exercise without music.
